Full-Cycle Product Design & Development. End-to-end ownership: from initial client briefing to final UI delivery.
As the sole designer on this project, I led the entire process:
- Conducted stakeholder interviews to define and formalize business requirements
- Mapped user flows and designed a clickable UX/UI prototype for an intuitive auction experience
- Established the visual identity, design concept, and UI kit
- Delivered responsive designs for all mobile and desktop screens
